Step 1:

Discovery

We review your assessment findings together, agree on priorities, and establish a clear brief. The design work is tailored to your organisation - your culture, your values, your people.

Step 2:

Design

We do the design work. We build frameworks and systems grounded in your context and the latest EX research. At key points, a working group of your people is brought in - reviewing direction, testing ideas, and shaping the solution before we finalise. This ensures employee voice stays at the centre throughout, and that we're designing with your people, not just for them.

Step 3:

Delivery & implementation support

We present the complete framework in a live delivery session and offer implementation support hours to help the launch go well.
