Combined with her postgraduate studies in organisational psychology, she brings a fresh, strategic perspective to help leaders build teams that truly thrive.
Blending practical experience with curiosity and creativity, Vanja helps leaders navigate challenges, unlock potential, and shape workplaces where people feel supported, engaged, and inspired to do their best work.
